Raízes Boa Vista - Phase 2

Raízes is one of the largest and most iconic mixed-use developments in Recife, located on the grounds of the traditional Colégio Salesiano, between the Ilha do Leite and Boa Vista neighborhoods. Developed by the builder Rio Ave, the complex preserves over 10,000m² of green area with century-old trees and brings together more than 45 leisure amenities shared across all towers.

Phase 1: Towers E, F and H (almost entirely sold)

The first phase of Raízes is now practically sold out. It brings together three towers:

• Tower E - Gilvan Samico: units from 95 to 98m² (1 suite + 2 semi-suites, 2 parking spaces), 190 to 196m² (2 suites + 2 semi-suites, 3 parking spaces) and 194m² penthouses (4 suites, 3 parking spaces).
• Tower F - Lula Cardoso Ayres: units from 50 to 58m² (1 suite + 1 bedroom, rotating parking spaces).
• Tower H - Cícero Dias: units of 55m² (1 suite + 1 bedroom, 1 parking space), 74m² (1 suite + 2 bedrooms, 1 parking space) and 132m² penthouses (1 suite + 2 semi-suites, 2 parking spaces).

Phase 2: Towers G and I (new launch)

Following the success of Phase 1, Rio Ave launched Phase 2 of Raízes, with two new towers:

• Tower G - Tereza Costa Rêgo: 95m² units with 1 suite + 2 semi-suites and 2 parking spaces.
• Tower I - Abelardo da Hora: 130 to 136m² units with 3 suites (or 4 bedrooms, 2 of them suites) and 2 parking spaces. Duplex penthouses of 180 to 185m² (4 bedrooms, 2 suites + 2 semi-suites, 3 parking spaces) and 204m² (4 bedrooms, 4 suites, 3 parking spaces).

Phase 2 is developed by builder Rio Ave, with expected delivery in October 2030. All installments are adjusted by the INCC index and prices are subject to change.
